CHIKELUE OKOYE is a Nigerian married to Ifeoma and they have five children – Chisom, Ndochukwu, Chimamaka, Kachimsicho and Odilimmma. He charts a career in the construction industry. This however does not diminish his interest in governance as it impacts on citizens and the society in general. For this he has as an electorate partook in all elections that has occurred in Nigeria since he came of age hoping each time that it will enthrone good governance. He has great passion for reading out of which emanated his desire to write especially to provide the encouragement for the populace to become active citizens It is his belief that this is the only way to enthrone good governance . When asked of his hobbies, he simply states them as ‘Reading, Reasoning and Writing.’
